 2 bedroom apartment to sleep 5 in Naranjos 5

An attractive air conditioned first floor apartment with a large roof top solarium overlooking a communal pool, attractive gardens, and play area. The solarium has views of the Sierra Espunamountains and surrounding countryside. The open plan living area is well furnished with a three seater sofa and 2 seater sofa, dining table and 4 chairs.

Also there is a, hair-dryer, satellite TV/radio, Spanish digital TV ,WiFi connection,. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 ring hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, cutlery, etc.

1^st Bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and a lamp

2^nd bedroom has a set of bunk beds with an extra single bed underneath which can be joined to the bottom bunk to make double bed. Also there is a hair-dryer, ironing board and iron.

There is one bathroom with a bath, shower and bidet.

There is also a travel cot included.

Outside there is a table and chairs.  On the roof terrace there is also a table with 4 chairs, an awning for shade and sun loungers.

The apartment is great for either family or golf holidays and is within easy walking distance of all resort facilities.

An attractive downstairs air conditioned apartment with a large furnished front terrace and small back terrace.  The terrace has an awning and table with 6 chairs and wicker garden furniture consisting of a sofa, chair and table.  Plus 2 sun loungers. Close to the communal pool and play area.

In the open plan living area there is a corner sofa and chair.  There is a TV Unit with DVD player, DVD’s, games and books.WiFi

There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, grill, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and microwave. There is an iron and ironing board.

1^st bedroom has a double bed, with French doors leading out onto back terrace.  The washing machine is located undercover on the back terrace. There is also a hair dryer.

2^nd bedroom has 2 single beds with bedside table and lamp.

3^rd Bedroom has single bed with pull-out bed beneath, DVD TV and bedside lamp.

7^th bed is a foldaway bed suitable for a child.

All bedrooms have built in wardrobes

There is one bathroom with bath, shower and bidet.

A travel cot is included.

These two apartments are located one above the other ideal for larger families/parties.

About the Resort:

Perfect for a relaxing family or golfing holiday, Condado De Alahama boasts a challenging Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course opened in December 2009, the course has held several tournaments for professional golfers.  There are numerous swimming pools on the resort which may be used by all staying at the resort.  The apartments are close to all the facilities, bars, restaurants, supermarket and golf.  The resort is a gated community with onsite 24 hour security creating a safe environment for all.  It is about 15/20 mins drive to the beaches of Puerto Mazzaron and Bolneuevo.  Also nearby is the Sierra Espuna National Park where you can go walking, mountain biking, quad biking etc. provided by www.espuna-adventures.com

There is also the Condado Sports club  www.thecondadoclub.com offering bike hire, tennis courts, paddle tennis, football pitches, basketball courts and a gym. This is also a restaurant and bar with many activities happening throughout the year.

Close by there is also go-karting.

Near Murcia there is the Aqua Natura waterpark and Terra Natura wildlife park both located on the same site. The cities of Murcia and Cartagena are within easy driving distance for sightseeing and shopping.  There are various shopping malls located 30 mins away towards Murcia.

The Al Kasar – town centre, includes The Clover Pub, Sofia Bistro Bulgarian restaurant, Funky Monkey, Indian Tapas, La Cata Spanish restaurant and Puerto La Cata Bar, El Bakao bar, Big G’s American Diner, Bakers and Ice cream parlour. There is also Eden Hair and Beauty Parlour and various shops and supermarket.

The Golf club also provides snacks and has a bar and roof terrace overlooking the course.
